Good luck with the top alteration, Ian. I'm sure, it will come out, perfect!

I like because, I'm a black vinyl top, kinda guy.

  Car look's beautiful!!!!!

But, if you ever change the stock hood,to a Rallye, you wouldn't break my heart.

Cheer's, Pat

The top I bought for mine from Year One fitted both roof types.

I had to trim a lot off around the rear window because there was enough material for a SE.
But the one I got was the wide seam version which orignally was designed for the SE anyway. But many normal hardtops had it fitted.
Maybe that was why mine had more material?

Ian, is that going to be the 6-pack you bought for a good price? I think that's the block i once owned too - sold it to that panel beater down your way with the Panther Pink Chal.
By the way, wing looks good. i copied the pics as i am putting the same wing on my 71. Did you have the proper measurements (like the bumblebee instructions) or did you do it by looking at photos?
Also, did you do it in Satin black? or the Chrysler special code black? - acrylic or 2-pack? thanks
cheers, steve

Ian, did you get any machine work done to the block other than a bore/hone? The paint job looks real nice.

thanks guys yea steve thats the same block
the bumble bee stripe is acrylic ( lacqure) i used the original di mentions for the stripe see pic
yea eddie i just had the bores done & got the macinist to check it over & fit the cam bearings & he said it was all good he didnt even want to bore it 30 thou but thats the smallest size that 440 source do in the stroker kits
