The Dodge Challenger Message Board

Long time coming but here are a few recent photos of the Challenger.

Paint is basically 95% he's fixing up some minor areas, pretty much just in need of a touch up and buff. The doors and lines are not the final placing, the doors themselfs have not got the new hinges etc The lines were perfect on the whole car before it came in and will be once it's been completed. Engine will be back this week after a full rebuild.
Trans was done 4 months ago, underside parts diff, fuel lines, shocks etc are just waiting for the car. Then it's just interior which is ready to be installed, then tune tune tune and whala!!

Estimated time of completion: Late Feb 05

It feels quite good to know that we live so far from each other, NZ. Thanks to that, it is a minimal risk that our cars will be standing next to each other. Keep up the good work!

Thanks also chrippa, engine photos shouldn't be that far away.
Will be up on the engine stand this week and hopefully painted by early next week. Green with envy? Naaaaa, these cars are all awesome, after all they are the last of the Muscle cars and the best that will ever be!

As promised, here are some engine photos. Full spec of what was involved in the rebuild will be posted at a later date.

It is currently awaiting a few coats of POR-15 HEMI Orange paint.

The numbers are on the block on being the VIN: JS23U "OE11959"
