The Dodge Challenger Message Board

Here is is...my baby. I bought it as my graduation present and it still hasnt seen the road. Its currenty on the rotiss. and awaiting me to dig up enough info on it to complete the resto it deserves. Sheetmetal is super solid for a wisconsin car, it sat in a sand lot for twenty years. Its a complicated story on the car, its non matching numbers (VIN and fender tag do not match Serial ) but im unearthing info to track it down. From what i can gather its an original rallye 340 slapstick car. with the strobe stripes on the high impact color (you can still see where the strobes were) Rallye dash, black rear end, black grill, flip top gas tank, rear window defogger, rallye hood, and about everyother option you can think of ( minus air conditioning). Id like to send some of the car when its together, but i havent any on my computer as of yet. but...if any one wants to send a starving college student that has an addiction for mopars money...let me konw

Looks like the Challenger in the original 'Gone in 60 Seconds'.

It also looks like a lot of hard work. Sounds like you know what you are doing though and it will be a super sweet car when finished. I love those 340 cars.
