71 gold challenger

I recieved my Dad's Challenger last spring. He ordered itnew in 71. Hasn't seen the road since 87. 46000 miles. The frame is in bad shape. I need to replace the front rails. I completed a complete tear down last summer. As soon as I finish building my shop I will move the project out there. (that will make my wife happy) 30x50 should be big enough. I live in geogia, usa. It gets very hot in the summer. I might want to add factory air. What do you all think? It is a 71 convertible 340, 4 speed, ralley package plus wide chrome up front. I'll be collecting parts soon. Is that wire wheel covers? They are quite rare, aren´t they?

He said he didn't want it to look like a race car when he ordered it. Wire wheel covers are stainless steel. Quite good quality. I thought I would go back with ralley wheels. I don't know.
