65 Fury and 72 Scamp

Here are two of my other cars:
65 Fury Convertable. It has 383HP that was originally in a 71 Roadrunner. It was there when I got it. Original motor was 383 but low perf version. It was originally black with red interior. I redid it with white exterior (I like white cars).
Also I have a 72 Ply Scamp that is quite the beast. It has a 360 race engine we got from a local circle track racer who was getting out of the game. It has a 4 speed and 3.91 sure grip. It is almost not usable on the road in that it is really high compression and wants to run fast. It had the heads shaved and has solid lifters and other old school race treatments. It's not been dyno'd but I'd say it's close to 400HP. But in a light car with a 4 speed and 3.91's it is a handful. Sitting at a stop light for more than a minute or so will foul the plugs. The engine wants to live at high RPMs. When you open it up it absolutely is a beast. We did not upgrade the brakes or suspension so it is a bit of a challenge to stop and handle. I would not let an inexperienced driver drive the car. It will fry the tires thru all gears and it's gotten sideways with me a couple times while I was pulling hard. One of the first things it did after hitting the road was absolutely embarrass a new Pontiac GTO (the car Pontiac borrowed from Holden).
Both of these are in my garage waiting on a proper resto now.....I may borrow the 3.91 from the Scamp for my Challenger. RIght now I have 3.23 in the Challenger.
