Our Tribe

Postby wolfman » 03 Jun 2009 19:22

I thought I would put up a picture of our tribe, All of them are rescues bar one pug. some we have lost since this was taken and been replaced with more chihuahua's we have had over 20 chi's in the past 18 years(not easy losing any of them either). We must learn to say no sometime soon  . It does cramp my style a bit spending on the chally sometimes with the vet bills and all but they are worth It :D

...and all of them are lined up in a queue ready to be washed inside the washing mashine?
That is why you do not have any XXXL-dogs, right?

Yeah you are right Christer.
If you look closely you can see that there are three in the washing machine going through the rinse cycle I think. The next three are in the basket ready to go in.

The Wolfman bit comes from a long time association with A wolf conservation trust near us, as I have a thing for Wolves 8) and have even held 8 week old cubs as well as walking adults in the woods. I do like full moons thou  perhaps I have a Blade thing going on

I had a friend that had a couple of full bred wolves. He raised them with his Chows. It was hilarious watching this wolf think it was a dog :hmmm: The wolf would even try to bark with the dogs :D

This isn't too far from me either http://www.wildcanidcenter.org/

Then you'll be pissed to hear that the Great American Grey Wolf was removed from the endangered species list May 4 ,2009. This allows persons to shoot and kill these magnificent family pack oriented animals. At one time they were almost extinct in this Country,,(Alaska not included). I wear pants cause I was tired of people trying to 'pluck me'.

I knocked out three guys and put one in hospital a few years ago for doing that to my shoulders Eddie.

I did ask them to stop several times and one did also push me in the face. But that was no excuse for what I did to them. I used to be such a bad tempered sod. :s001:

I did not know that  we get a magazine that tries to keep us up to date with breeding programmes,re introdution plans and conflict problems all over the world. I know people still shot and trapped them anyway this just makes things harder for people trying to look after their future. If only the majority of people had been better educated. The Native americans had the right Idea about nature and wildlife we could learn a lot from them. Yes I am a tree hugger
