The Charger 500 also had the flush rear window as another aerodynamic fix. All leading up to the Charger Daytona. My dream car.
I cant see why they would even have the recessed grille on that car. It's suicide to try and run the car with it in the modern racing scene, and why test it like this if they are going to change to a flush design? That's a huge aerodynamic change, and it throws all that testing they're doing with this one out the window, really.
