It's probably the 'same' here living in New York City or another large metro area. I think San Francisco is the highest property and in line with those prices in London. Man, how do you guys overseas make it in this hobby? Makes me 'respect you guys even more! The Cheapest house I could find in my town with a quick search was this one photographed below. $180,000 for a two bedroom terraced house. No land. Just a small concrete yard at the rear. In a rough area too.
In some parts of London you could probably pay a couple of million dollars for something like that.
