Did you own the car when the Audioslave video was made?

If so then you might like to know that the company making the video for the group contacted me. I put them onto Randell and he put them onto you. That is how your car got to be used.

No, I bought it shortly after the video was produced. At the time the car was equipped with a stock 440 and auto trans. It now has an Indy Cylinder Heads 600hp engine, Keisler 5 speed(with Pistol grip) manual conversion, Konis, etc, etc, etc. My only requirement was, that no matter how much it was modified, it still had to look like the VP car-so no big wheels, etc.

new vs. old
i parked my challenger beside the new chally at a local cruise the other night and i was not impressed with what the new car offered.
in my opinion it was way to bulky looking,
tires and rims are over sized.
automatic only-Yuk
orange again ! -seen too many orange ones already.black looks the best!
no posi rear end-yuk
cheap interior.

the new one to me looks just ok.
sorry for being so honest guys but its just how i feel.
maybe the 2009 will be better?

I still have not seen one for real but I think I am going to be of the same opinion.

I think the new Camaro will be a better car.
Full independant suspension (it is based on the Austrailian Holden platform) and will be available in full UK spec in right hand drive.
