I tried to increase the size, then send it out via verizon, I also sent it via msn.

Eddie. I could increase the size myself but you loose quality doing that. You can only downsize without quality loss. I need a higher resolution image. There is a difference between size and resolution. Resolution is the number of dots making up the image.
Think of it like a newspaper photo. If you mangnify it all you see is rough dots.
