Are those the fog lamps at the bottom of the car right there? If not what lights are these?

I thought they were the turn signals? If not where are the turn signals?

Okay on the side of the car their are clearly turn lights, but below the double circle lights there is another pair of single circle lights, are those foglamps?

They are clearly not turn signals. They are either marker lights or "repeaters" which allow the turn signals to be seen from the side.

You HAVE to have forward facing turn signals. The only things from the front I can see are what you are thinking might be fog lights.
I suspect that they have amber bulbs fitted as turn signals unless you can see any other forward facing light units? I can't.

Umm you just said they are "clearly not turn signals" than in the very next sentence suggest they might be "repeaters" that allow the turn signals to be seen from the side.... wouldn't that be considered a turn signal?

Either way if you think the lower front lights are not foglamps than cool thats all I wanted to know.

In the USA (don't know about Euro-specs) a turn signal must be visible from the side of the vehicle. So what Dave is saying is correct. They are not turn signals per se but repeaters. they "repeat" or show the turn signal on the side of the vehicle. Plus they are also marker lights, as I believe those are a requirement also.

Well thats fine with me, I knew they had something to do with being turn signals. I am more concerned about the lower lights in the front.

Here is a front end shot with the lights on. They do not appear to be turn signals. Could the inside headlights be turn signals? They appear to have a yellow glow to them. Also lets remember that these cars have not been officially released. Things could easily change.

I wasn't being "funny" with you mate.
I just know there has to be forward facing turn signals and I can't see any? Those "fog lights" are all I can see and are in the same place as the original 70 turn signals.
However European and Japanese cars have fog lights just like that in the same place. My old Rover had fog lights exactly the same. So I wasn't dissmissing your idea out of hand. I just couldn't see anything else that might be a turn signal.
Looking at the image with the lights on they sure look like fog lights down there.

I don't suppose the rings around the headlights flash do they?

Some European cars have turn signals inside the headlights. Not always easy to see in bright sunlight I find.

The quad-headlights are clearly here because they're a signature Challenger feature.

It's not technically useful anymore (back in the day, you either had a single-filament sealed-beam on 5" or a double-filament in 7", so that dictated some choices in the grille design).

Judging from the pictures of the new production Challenger, I'll guess that both low-beam and high-beam headlights are in the outer headlight housing (probably using a double-filament bulb), leaving the inner headlight housing for other purposes (parking lights and turn lights?)

I hope that's not using the same lightbulb (could be a dual-filament 5W/15W amber bulb), since France requires amber front turn signals but forbids amber parking lights...

I think you have correctly nailed it! Notice the amber color in the light housing next to the grille...
