http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NExAKxXl2Nk he finished fifth in his class,not bad for his first time,alot of cars dont even make it!there is sheer drop offs that can fall 1000 ft! it is a nasty track :s022:

its pretty insane if you look at the other vids! the summit is over 14000ft!,just imagine what happens to your carb, it gets fat the higher you go! :nod:

Pretty cool action. I think I remember Chrysler used to have a factory backed 1966 Coronet that competed in it in 66. I also remember the car driving off the road :lol: Isnt that your buddy Drew?

Very Cool Drew! I forgot all about that! Yes, I used to watch that event religously when I had the Speed Channel. Dont recieve it anymore, bummer, But what a test of man&machine! I think Dodge won the "Stock" truck class with Walker Evans in 1992 or1993 when the V-10 3/4 Ton Ram came out. He took that truck to a win and class record! :thumbsup:
