Posted: 07 Jan 2008 22:08I just read the story behind the man at Chrysler who 'developed' the R.R. back in 68,(Jack Smith). If you only knew how close he was to failing many times to get the car into production it was a real 'con job' on his part. Then when it was successful, the President of Chrysler wanted to make the roadrunner available in every production vehicle they had, including station wagons!
