I really like the fact that it is a Challenger (Surprise? ). The drawback is that most of the Challenger lines have vanished (yeah, recognize it on the roof and the doors but that is about it...). Nevertheless it is a great car!

Btw; you really scared me with your new avatar, Dave. :s008: It gives me the creeps. :s009:

Thanks for the video, Dave. Glenn Bunch and Driver, Phill Currin are Awesome! I've seen some of the other video's but, not this one. I love to see a Mopar eat Porsche's, over and over. He caught up with a white Viper, and it smoked him. Who was driving that car? Thank's again, Dave. P.S. Your Avatar crack's me up! Patrick

Unless that Viper is an Oreca Racer with forced induction he is no match for the Bunch Challenger! Lets see 2000 lbs. give or take, with 850+H.P. for the Challenger and 3250 give or take, weight for the Viper,(production gtsr comp. coupe weight), it would spank the serpent every time. I think Drew is just as insane as I am on this stuff. :s006: This Viper would get waxed bad by the Bunch Chally! BTW, Drew, when are you going to compete again with your Challenger? Are you going to film it? I am still more impressed with your car Drew. Why? Because you can drive it on the street and track. Mr. Bunch's machine is phenomenol in it's element, but it's race bred nature restricts it to the track only thereby reducing it's pleausre afforded the owner, you cant pick up women with full roll cages, at least mid-western women anyways!

yea im obcessed with this video, bunch is my new hero, i have some porche buddies, that need to see it, my next event is in july, and yes i will film it , but i need to concentrate on my driving more, so hope fully i can learn something, there is a vid on his web site , and he is following some kind of ferrari prototype or something , maybe i misread but none the less a ferrari, but he is able to take a better line than the ferrari, and i can actually see where the ferrari is holding him up!., but once he gets around the ferrari he is gone, its cool vid cause there is a rear camera too, and you get to see em eat dust big time! thanks dave i never knew that car was still running , i have only seen a pic. of the car a long time ago and foamed at the mouth back then , now to see it run thats price less

White Viper

Postby patrick » 08 Dec 2007 18:22

O.K. Eddie, I'm with you. But, five minute's into the video, Phill comes up on a white Viper. Yes/No? Don't get me wrong, I love this Glenn Bunch Challenger, have it on my desk top now. But, that white car leave's Phill in the dust. I'm thinking by the end of the run, that Viper, or whatever, is coming up behind, and getting ready to lap him. Just curious, Pat  P.S. I love this stuff. My wife is getting sick of me watching it over and over... :p:

there is no doubt the car is beat able but consider the car is pretty old design, and the viper has been prepped to! with new tech.

I thought that Viper was a Porshe, oh well, I could afford neither! I love both cars however! Anything that can lap at 180+ is pretty badass!!!My wife is sick of me period!

I saw it again Pat. The only white car that leaves his car was a white Chevrolet Camaro with the GT2 type rear deck?
