I'll miss it once again, but there's no way I'm crossing the channel on the same week-end the Olympic games start... I'm too much of a sociopath for that.

Next year will be the 20th anniversary however, and the date is already taken!

To add to the problems....SPR have said a good part of the campsite is currently unusable due to the rain and local flooding. The rest is on the soft side.

Can you imagine what it is going to be like after Bug Jam next weekend? 50,000 young campers. It will look like Knebworth.

I have chickened out from camping and booked a room in the Premier Inn.

Booked at lunchtime today. You have to phone. The website always says it if full for that weekend.

You can't afford it mate. Save your money. I can't afford it myself to be honest.

Nah he likes the place to himself of an evening. If he offered I might take him up on it but I would never ask. I lke to get to bed earlier and more sober than I would in Andy's RV anyway. Otherwise I struggle to stay awake driving home on the Sunday night. :s006:
