That is my good mate Moparkev in his low budget Australian 4-door Valiant the "Bribane Taxi". It is a 318 daily driver (although stripped out) and runs low 13s which is a lot faster than many street big block cars.

Because of its CD player it also doubles as a night club and disco when we are standing around at night with beers in our hands!

This is an old link. It has a bigger scoop and lower ETs now. Best is 13.3 or something I think?

I know the shape and style of that car. Even Russia made cars with that style. And we have an old Citroen (in very poor condition).

I asked "what was that" because it seemed to be very fast. 10 seconds?

Adam Ford takes a very good photo. He has a VERY LARGE gallery with a slideshow option HERE.

I think he managed to capture just about every car there over the weekend.
