The guy that owns that truck is Don Smith, Pres. of 1st Financial and part owner of the Indy 500 Empire. he has a whole warehouse filled with at least 100 of old Ford, International, Marmon&harrington and a bunch others. I didnt give it a 2nd look, it wasnt a Fargo or Dodge so.... It did have a chain hoist type of bed and it had to be towed off the lot cause it wouldnt start.

Sorry Drew, should have checked back on the post earlier than I did.

Well, I shouldn't because I'm saving for a house move. But just out of interest, do you know how much it's going for? I can always live in it when my wife throws me out.

Yeah, but it's got BLACK Wheels. :s002:

Dave's right Drew. I'd love to own a truck like that one day, there's a rogue redneck DNA strand in the Ellison gene pool somewhere. Unfortunately, now is not the time.

Thanks for the pics though, raised my pulse for a few minutes there. :D

I only have to re-locate the tennis ball hanging from the garage ceiling and park the Vette further in. That would leave just enough room for a Harley. :D

That's not even close to redneck. Between my wife and I we have two pickups (hers is a '92 F150 extended cab longbed & mine is a '99 Dodge 1500 shortbed 5 spd), '98 Grand Am GT, '94 GMC G3500HD van, 2000 Toyota Corolla (my DD, 35 mpg), '79 Ramcharger (offroad toy), '85 RX-7, '72 240Z with an L28 and the '71 Challenger R/T. Most of them even start and run
Though I can't claim total redneck status as none of them are on blocks (the seven is on jackstands).

Sorry Gents, I keep forgetting I can scroll down and look at the bottom third of the MB.

It's a tiny little mirror on the front fender, aimed roughly at the front kerb- side tyre. I think it's supposed to assist with parking in the tight streets of Tokyo. I just drive up the kerb.
