yes 3:23 hi way friendly,i also had a big banging issue in the rear of the car in between shifting gears some thing was hitting on something, and low and behold the pinon snubber broke off and the drive shaft was hitting the floor,it put a dent in the floor,so i had the drive shaft balanced! :disbelief:

Looks good Drew, I see you are using what appears to be Spicer 7290 U-Joints which take a cup held clip instead of the cross joint held clips.. I just did an R&R on my Rear Diff. I bought NAPA U-Joints and when I took em out of the box they were NAPA Premium made in China. Blew me away. :? Napa used to pride themselves on American made parts. I took em back and ordered Spicer Joints from another jobber. :wink2: Smart move getting it balanced

Smart move getting it balanced ,yep it bashed the floor good enough to knock a weight off and sure enough it was out of balance, and yes o had to get the best u joints i could (remember the way i found this site was by bro, i had that vibration problem), and so i started with new d/s and u joints and since then i have done so much i for got all the crap i had to do to get rid of that vibration, but for now i just got done muscling that pumpkin in the rear by me self man thats a treat, so im off to finish the assy.
