So it was this day we started out on our treck..............a year ago ,remember?

Any way I was at our local swill ,and I ran in to a guy I have known there for years and his buddie named Wayne(yea i know), tells me that Air force Bob,was married to a skirt that was in the movie V.P. :s022: .............

So Airforce Bob came in tonite, and I had a little chat with him and sure enough his ex was in the early part of the movie, and she and 3 or 4 other teenage girls were in the movie as extras :s024: ( I BET THEY WERE IN CISCO)

He said that he has not talked to her in 15 years but , he had some questions for her and now has a reason to call her, :wink2:

Just another link in a small world ,that tonite of all nights he shows up and here i am talking v.p. once again,

its in bread in all of us for the rest of our lives................Happy Anniversary guys its has been a great event in my life,

I hope yours too!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is cool.

It is a view over Goldfield.
If you pan around to the Hotel and click on it you end up standing at the front entrance.
You can then click on the entrance to enter the hotel and look around.

If you click on the front desk you move there.

At the front desk you can click the area behind the desk to go to the "Haunted Room".

This is a pretty cool link, Dave! I still think we should have snuck in and weathered a night there. Wayne could have protected us against the "Ghosts of the Goldfield Hotel" Of course, if we would have been caught, the Goldfield jail probably has comparable accommadations of the green oozing spook room.

Eddie! Think about those teeth on your manhood! I thought she was pretty cute. I was looking for change for the dryer's to get some of Kenosha's hair off my jacket. When she smiled at me, I think I studdered a bit.  Got my change and reported back to you bloke's. "Girl at the main desk... Yep... She's a Vampire..." You guy's said "No Way!" I said, "Yep... Check her out... She's a Vampire." You guy's cleared the table faster than Dick Landy ever dreamed of launching from the starting line! :s024:  :s024:  I wished I had video of that! That was some priceless, great fun! :s003: :s024: :hmmm:

Cheers! :s019: Patrick

I finally got to talk to Air force Bob(his ex was an extra in V.P.),He watched the movie for the first time since the 70,s he was stoked to tell me,

He called her, she lives in Rhode Island, any way she is well off ,from what he told me.

She was in the part where K buys his speed, she is one of the chicks along the wall,

The shot was taken just off Colo. blvd, we drove by it the pick I took is very near where the scene was shot,

Its behind a strip joint called" Shot gun Willies", (Ed,s kinda place),and I barely remember the area but I do remember the area being A dirt parking lot,and a one level building,

I will have to watch it again and see if I can place it in my mind but it makes a little sense cause it is near the dealership he drove by,

just a little tid bit of in i found out :D

bad pic, but it was just to the right across from the Holiday Inn

Nice,Dam you are a good scanner :P

Oh Ed Ko the czeck, called me he might have a line on the naked chick on the bike and perhaps a better lead on where it was filmed,he was excited he thinks he saw her at a city council meeting and the rumor is that she lives in Green River, and she kept it a secret...............OK I told him,

so he also said that he has found 2 bridges one that was used to film the shot from above,

and another bridge from down below when the jag crashes,

we do know that there was alot of creative editing during that scene, and perhaps they use a 2nd bridge for the crash with the shot from the river shooting up,

I dont know ,now I will have to watch it again :D just to look for that edit
