Guys....................................................................................................

Im in the Game.............count me in..........Fook it Im going and thats that she can kick me out the house I dont care. Im booking my flight in the next two or three days.

Its WAR at home with the wife but she just doesnt understand and thinks Im being selfish by doing this.
Ive given her two holidays in the sun this year so its not like she hasnt been away and Im just heading off to goldfield. Shes MAD as hell guys and making all sorts of threats

But Ive been going over this in my head and yes money is very very tight but Ive read this entire thread all 24 pages again and again, the one thing that sticks out in my mind is the idea that it will be a once off gig for some of you guys, bottom line for me is - If I was ever to do this trip I would want to do it with you bunch of crazy Fookers and I would not be able to forgive myself for not jumping at the chance to do this trip with the very guys who have educated me so much on my car, for me not to go when I have the chance to meet you all and experience this journey is unacceptable to me!!!

That makes 8 gunslingers on this epic Vanishing Point Road trip from Newcastle-Dublin-Indiana-Denver-GoldField and back again!!!

Well actually.....

Of course it is selfish. If we were not selfish we would sell our toys and spend all our money (read credit in my case) on our wives instead because we love them right?

Being selfish never stopped me doing what I wanted. :lol2: :s006:

Well it runs great,, never this powerful before! I threw a fan belt on my test when the outboard linkage came apart. I have a MoPar perf. Spare belt. Had to tow it with my PowerWagon :frown:

I have a brand new one, it only uses the one,(1). The car idles and accelerates more 'cleanly' and when the outboards come into play it's quite impressive! Fixed! I do have to remember to tighten the outboard linkage with a fiber washer and self-locking nut.

Definitely Rated PG-13 (Parental guidance is suggested.)

Them big blocks aren't used to revving so go easy on em.

Seriously my dad let me drive his 70 El Camino SS 396 4-speed, beforehand he said "don't over rev it or the belt will come off". No problem I'm just gonna cruise it. And sure enough...
