The AeroWarriors hold their show here also. They were about 27 or so AeroWarriors, mainly Mopar wing cars (almost two dozen). There were also a maroon Dan Gurney Cyclone (far side of yellow 'bird) and a blue Dan Gurney Cyclone, several other cyclones and Ford Talledegas. There was also a real Benny Parsons Talledega there
All the AeroWarriors did parade laps on the oval each day also :V8: :s002:

Some others. Sorry about the quality of some of the race photos, I was holding the camera above my head trying to get a better angle over the concrete barricades :s012:

Overviews of the show car area
Thought I had a photo of the Chrysler Turbine Car. There is a running example in a museum in St louis that comes to MMW every year. It's cool to watch and hear it drive around the grounds.

139.JPG
On the right is a '29 Dodge pickup rat rod w/ the leaning tower of power. Totally cool and pure '60s. Thought I had a couple of photos of it :(
055.JPG
Unfortunately our only running Mopar was the Minivan :(

The Little Red Express hood you barely see over the Hemi Challenger has a 392 Hemi droppedin

Excellent Coverage! Thanks for the pics&Video Barc! Something for everyone there! I know a lot of those cars from the GoodGuys Circuit. The early 60-66 Cars are really cool. I know of a pristine 62 brand X 2 door post thats just begging for an "All Iron Fat Head" with Injector Trumpets, 3 Speed tricked TorqueFlight&spun alloy fuel tank in the grille& A-100 straight axle!!!! We have a running example of the 66? Turbine Car here in terre haute, Frank Kleptz owns it. Dennis Gauge didi an episode of my classic car using frank's Turbine powered Chrysler. I've never seen it in person.
