Having spent all evening fitting a load of parts which arrived from the US today, I run the car to make sure all is well to then find drops of water being flicked up from behind the fan , Argggghhhh!!! so guess the water pump is on the way out.
Please can anyone direct me to someone in the UK that might stock a replacement? Or might there be an easier fix then to replace the pump?
I 've lost the light so have given up for the evening
Thanks

Replacing the pump is an easy little job that should only take you half an hour. Loosen the fan belt, 4 bolts holding the fan on, 4 bolts holding the pump on.
There are loads of places in the UK stock the pumps but your best bet for a good price is ebay.com. Even with the shipping from the USA (and if you get caught for the tax) you will still end up with a cheaper replacement on your door in just a few days.
Rather than a stock replacement go for an alloy high flow version. They work better and weigh less for the shipping.

http://store.440source.com/High-Flow-Al ... /113-1005/In the UK these sell for about £80 - £90. In the US they are just $40.
I found one for my old Challenger on ebay a couple of years ago for £25.
