You could always take off the line at the pump that comes from the tank and see if there is plenty fuel there. That way you can isolate where the problem is.

Check that you have fuel from the tank to the pump. Forget about from the pump to the filter for now. 90% chance you have a dead fuel pump so don't waste your time.
If you find fuel both sides of the pump crank the engine a little and see if the pump shoots fuel into a bucket.
