I need a new 'stat for my 318,1972. do they match up to any UK part numbers?

I doubt getting thermostat will be problem. When I bought new for my SB it's package said it fits pretty much every american car manufactured between 1940's and 1980's.

Phoned around all my suppliers today(non-US,I own a garage) and none could give me a thermostat,or even had a listing for Dodge...I got one for a Rover SD1 (Buick engine) which just fitted and seems to be doing its job,I'm actually quite cosy now! also found my temp gauge is spot on! Just the fuel gauge and clock to sort now,and the dome light,and the lighter,and the washers and..and...
