Do you have access to a Re-claimer/charger? Do you have the seal that goes around the Heater Box Halves once you replace the Evap? Gonna need those 2 things unless you want to vent the Freon to atmosphere,(Illegal the shop if commercial,,can be fined 10,000 per violation,,Fed. Law), like Dave said,,4 firewall 'fluid' fittings, Freon,(In/Out), Coolant,(In/Out), 3 7/16 nuts on the firewall side which surround the blower motor,,under the dash,,the cable ends need to be removed from the air blend doors,,3 wire blower motor resistor electrical plug removed. carefully remove the 'box' from under the dash,,repair/replace,,,put the re-claimer on it once assembled,, place the system under a vacuum,,hold for 20 min. should remain under vacuum with no change,,PAG OIL,,Freon and test. The factory "spec" for most A/C systems is 20 degrees below ambient with the car sitting still,(no air flow across the condenser,,car sitting still).
