Seat tag decoding

Hi all,

A friend of me asks how to decode the label one can find attached to the back of the backseat of a '72 Barracuda. He asks also if there is a 'universal' decoder for those labels.

No decoder that I know of?

Typically, they have the seat frame part number, a date code & vendor number.
