Barracuda Gran Coupe 1970 383-4 with A22

Hi!
I have Barracuda Gran Coupe 70 in very original appearance; it has very fullfilled fender tag and there is code A22:
this should mean body-colour front and rear elastomeric bumpers. Also it should mean body colour mirrors.
But the car has chrome bumpes and chrome mirrors!?
It has all original body panels, orig paint etc Nobody has built it. Except rust. How can a Gran Coupe, thats meant for cruising, have A22?
Its more like feature for Cuda or AAR Cuda, in my opinion...
Or has somebody anyway changed the bumpers and mirrors during tha 39 years...

A22 can also be the scheduled production date.

Whether it is the SPD or the option depends on its location on the tag.

Can you post a photo of it or type it out so we can see where the A22 is located?
