'74s don't have near the value potential of the 70s and 71s right now. The fact that you're the origial owner and the car is a survivor should add greatly to the value. Whatever you do don't have the car restored if it's in good condition. Remember, a car can be restored innumerable times but it's only original once. A good detailing doesn't hurt though.
Does the car have any rare options? Perhaps if you put up the fender tag we can see how the car is optioned out.
Also look for the build sheet. It could be almost anywhere in the interior but usually behind the rear seat under the springs is a good starting point.
Any other documention you have (origianl sales order, service receipts etc) are good also. Perhaps write up a short history of the car. In the collector market documentation is a great asset on the valuation of a car.
Also the low mileage should add to the value.
If you could put up some pictures maybe someone moreknowledgeable than I could ballpark a figure for you.

Really depends how good a condition it is in. A rough rusty car is worth up to 10x less than a gleaming show quality car.

Welcome,,sorry to hear about your brothers health, hope he gets better,,Dave's right. Here's one thats been sitting garaged next to my parents home with the original owner. He wants $18,900 and wont budge. The lower 10" of the car all the way around is filled with 'MUD' the trunk is barley attached. The lower rockers feel like crunchy cereal is wedged in there! LOL but it looks great from 30 feet. It's been for sale for 2 years now. I want to 'lowball' him but he is a friend and feels a sentimental attachment. I personally dont think they are worth anywhere near that in this condition. Less than 1/2 that actually. :| http://challenger.mpoli.fi/forum/viewto ... challenger I do love the body style and want this car bad to install my stroker engine in it, but there is no way I could afford it at that price he wants.
