Danny, can you be more specific as to where those numbers are? I have the original seats that were re-covered in a Legendary interior kit and can get you those numbers. BTW, have you looked under the carpet in the rear area for the broadcast sheet? My B.S. was located under the rear seat wedged between the seat springs and the cushion.

eddie still searching for that broadcast sheet. here are the locations i checked so far but to no availe. backside or top of glove box insert-no-under front seat springs-no-under rear seat and rear seat back-no---- still need to check under carpet and under rear package speaker tray. will update if any luck. thanks eddie. oops forgot to mention those numbers from the back seats came from a METAL TAG attached to a hog ring around a spring of the upper and lower seats. was told all interiors had this but i do not know what the #'s mean on the tag. tag is about 1" by 4".

They have the part number for the seat spring assembly and the date code. Look near the bottom of this page for photos and how the dates are read;

Also Check for broadcast sheets behind the plastic panels on the bucket seats. I found one in the drivers side for a different car and one for my car in the passenger bucket. I loosened the top two screws and pulled the plastic back a little bit and was able to see them folded up between the seat back springs.
