Just ONE more......

Postby Alaskan_TA » 04 May 2007 2:32

1258 T/As now on file......

With just ONE more, we will be at the 1/2 way point with one half of total T/A production accounted for in the Registry.

Thanks to everyone that has helped the registry to grow to this point over the last several years.

Will we ever make it to 100%? I doubt it, but I had no reason to expect that we would ever hit the 1/2 way mark either, yet here we are.....

Hey guys,
Thanks for the comments. Some people to think of me as dedicated, close friends just think I am crazy. The truth lies someplace in between methinks......

It is official, as of last Saturday we are at 1259! So, 1259 down and only 1259 to go now. Piece of cake. I hope....

Do the experts agree upon that 2518 (2x1259) T/A:s were built? I hope I don´t sound suspicious or anything. We all know that different production figures use to pop up when it comes to Mopar cars.

Experts?

No experts here.... not me anyway. Great question though!

Here is a great write up on the numbers, you can see that 2400 T/As is not necessarily exact for the US;

http://www.aarta.com/faq.html

As for the Canadian T/A numbers, one source says 120, my source says he saw the Canadian list and there were 118 on it.

How many EXACTLY were made? No one knows for sure. Yet. Hopefully someday......... :D

If half way at 1259 is wrong, and there is a very good chance it is, I hope someone has proof, I have none.

1259 was my symbolic goal, I never thought we could reach it, and we have already passed it.

Expert or not? We sure are glad to have you around when times and questions are tough :)

Thanks for the link! Yep, maybe the exact production number never will be revealed, but who cares? It just increases the myth of the Challenger. 8)

Thanks for the invitation I will be in Gothenburg during the weekend. Please give me the time and place!!!! I can bring you a DODGE shirt if it's interesting.

By the way Christer don't miss the DODGE days or as we call it "Rebell weekend" in Sweden 1, 2 and 3 June at all dealers. During the time we waiting on the new Challenger we launch the Nitro and Avenger.

Oops, it was actually a hint to Alaskan_TA. Can this misunderstanding become costly for me? :? I recently read in the paper the the bratz/youngsters/kids (with very wealthy parents) sometimes use to buy $2000 bottles of Champagne!!!! I got the impression that the bottle´s were 10 litres big but I don´t consider it a good buy anyway :s008: Think of it when you wake up the day after and start to remember what you did with your little plastic card.... :s012:
