Posted: 15 Apr 2006 2:11Posted: 12 May 2006 5:29I can't remember where I heard or read this, but it was back about four years ago...... my memory says it was pretty rare - somewhere between 200 and 300 cars, but I have no source (and I just checked through four books) to authenticate my figures - sorry.
