Thanks A-TA.

I see alot of you talk about going to Carlisle in July. I found Carlisle recently just surfing the web. In Jan. 05 I began looking for the Challenger I never had. Owned a Charger 400(Yeah-I know) Magnum for 10 years and 140k Miles(could not kill it)& loved it. It was still a DODGE. Always wanted a Challenger though.
Parents wouldn't let me have bucket seats for some reason. Thinking back the barrel seat in the Charger came in handy  (If ya know what I'm say'in).
I think going to Carlisle can help me get back in the mix and help me find a nice Challenger this year.
Hope to see some of you there.

Joe

There were only 1480 383 4bbl 1970 Challengers made. It was rarer than the R/T it has cloned. :D

Hey Dave,

Thanks for the reply. Makes you wonder why this guy would put a 440 in it instead of restoring the 383 it came with, a perfectly good piece of beef we still all love. Who knows?? The car still intrests me though.

Trying to Learn more abouts clones. Seems there is alot to think about, like if someone is dropping a 440 or 383 in an 318 is the rear end right,is the suspension right for it,etc?
To stay PURE then the $$$$ go way up.
