I need help with this tag! Could someone just double check i have the de-code right and check out that Y84 code for me?

I know Y83 is "New car service" but can't find Y84? :?

Y85 is also new carservice with 0 gal gas. Not sure on Y84. Sorry Dave :?: :(

Y84 is NCS (New Car Service) Dealer Pre-Service. I would think that some dealers preferred to do their own NCS to save the factory charge and ordered their cars this way.
