Thanks Dave! I have a four-page Canadian 1970 Challenger brochure I'll have to get scanned so you all can see it as well.

I'll try to add to this...hopefully this will answer a few questions...remember this was printed in August 1969 so later changes are not listed. I hope the quality is OK - Enjoy! DodgeMaterial- Dave

I just noticed a strange thing:
Two of the four interior pic´s shows doorpanels WITHOUT the wood grained inserts , and two pic´s shows door panels WITH the wood grained inserts . I wonder why?

WITHOUT wood grained inserts: ( http://challenger.mpoli.fi/forum/viewto ... 0285#20285 http://challenger.mpoli.fi/forum/viewto ... 0288#20288 )

WITH wood grained inserts: ( http://challenger.mpoli.fi/forum/viewto ... 0286#20286 http://challenger.mpoli.fi/forum/viewto ... 0287#20287 )

This has been discussed before but we haven´t managed to come to any conclusion.

Thanks! Intresting. Yeah, it feels like many of us agrees on that some of the Challengers came without the woodgrained inserts.

I thought I would post three pic´s of my own door panels. They have been repainted, yes, but I am quite convinced myself, that they are 35 years old and not repops.

Question: With/without holes in the last pic? Does that stand for window crank holes, or?

So true. It feels like I FINALLY have managed to confirm that this really is true (sorry for beeing so suspicous :s022: ) For me this is great moment. This issue was one of the first that I discussed years ago when I became a board member for the first time.

Model year product change notice:
1/9/70: The woodgrain door panel trim that was originally standard on all cars ordered with leather and cloth and vinyl interior trims is now standard on all Challengers.

Two very good magazine pages. I tought they would fit like a glove in this sticky. From the beginning I had some evil  plans to keep them for myself, but I simply couldn´t... :|

Btw; Is it possible to search for all of the sticky topics (that is to get a complete list of them)?
