Dash Pad and Dashboard

We've got the dash out and the person (idiot) who "replaced" the dash cap had this cruddy oversized pad laid over what looks to be an original tan dashcap.
I want to remove the original cap- as it's not from this car and the wrong color, but I want to replace it with a nice quality dash cap.
It's an A/C car, so any recommendations would be excellent.

You can try these people, i just ordered on last week, it looks fantastic in the photos, the suppliers claim they sell the best one of the 3 or 4 being made and that if installed well and correctly is very hard to pick from a new original
