I've been restoring my '73 for over three years and I'm just about to begin installing the interior. When I pulled the headliner out I neglected to label which bows go where. Is there any way of determining which bows go where aside from trial and error?

Its been a long time. I don't know of any way to really tell right now. My cars are at another location. I have removed the headliner from my orange car and not only put the bows back in order, but also in the original holes (just so I would not forget). I will try and get you some pics when I can.

If I remember right the bows are color coded on the ends. At least this is what I remember when doing my purple car.

For anyone about to do this, mark the holes the bows are in as well, before you remove your bows from the car.

Trial fit them without the headliner. It might become obvious.
