Seat belt bolts are a standard size. They only differ a little in total length and length on the unthreaded shoulder.

Try a couple from a salvage yard. Chances are they will fit right in.

Seat Bolts

I had one break on me when I was putting some sound deadener in the car. No problem finding them at a hardware store. Just some standard stock, and I think they were 3/8 coarse thread by about 1 - 1 1/2" long.

I think this may be what you're looking for. The first image is from the "Guide to E Body Fasteners". I know the bolt drawing (left side) doesn't match the picture (right side) but the picture is correct and the size given (1/4-14 x .875"lg) appears to be correct.

The second image is a picture of one of the rear seat bolts from my car.

What material did you use, and are you happy with the results?
I'm thinking about doing this this winter..

Seat bolts. Seat belt bolts. I can't read can I? :bonk:

Anyway. They are technically screws if threaded all the way up the shaft. :p:
