I get alot of conflicting info on this, I have seen the Rimblow wheel available on 71 Cudas as an option, but not Challengers. One reference does list it on 71 Challengers, but others do not.

I can not think of any written source that is more trustworthy than the dealership albums.

The Parts manual by Paul Herd says that the rim blow steering wheel was available on 70-71 e-bodies. I am almost 100% that Paul is wrong because I have learned that his books usually contains a lot of errors.

The red book is in line with the dealer ship albums saying that the 70-71 Barracudas and the 70 (only!) Challengers had the rim-blow steering wheel as an option.

That makes sense, I know that the noted 1971 HemiCuda Convertible that was brought back to the US from France and ended up in Tom Lembecks garage ( He has 2 1971 HemiCuda Converts ) had a Rim blow steering wheel in the photos.
