What do you use to seal the interior seams?

I recently finished installing new floor pans in my '73 and was wondering what is normally used to seal the edges. There was a fair amount of white gunk used to caulk the old ones up, but I can't seem to find anything similar. Is there something that's accepted as 'correct' to use, or should I just bubba it and throw some RTV in there? (I'm sure that'll make some of you flinch.... )

No kidding, but that white gunk is actually called "seam sealer", and you should be able to find some at Eastwood :

or

or auto stores.
