The Dodge Challenger Message Board

Hello to all, I purchased a set of PUI outer window felts for my 72 Challenger. I compared them to the originals and noticed that the sweep (the part that contacts the window) is at the bottom, it is at the top on my originals just below the chrome trim strip. Is this okay to install? With the sweep at the bottom their is a place for water to collect and sit until it evaporates. Are thier any available that are like the originals? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.....Ed

You don´t have a digi-cam, do you? It would be nice to see it.

I would classify everything that doesn´t act like the originals as wrong and go back with them to your supplier. It is hard to tell anything for sure if you haven´t seen it with your own eyes though. My gut feeling tells me that the parts you have bought have been wrongly assembled, but it is only a guess. Not much of a help, eh?
