Was the Rallye dash cluster standard with all 383 models?
I know from the Lit. it was standard with R/T, but were ALL 383's R/T's? :?:

Thanks, Joe

No not all 383s were R/Ts, "L" code 383s are just regular challengers, "N" code 383s are R/Ts.....as for the rallye cluster, it was an option on all challengers except T/As and R/Ts

Wasn´t the rallye cluster an option on the T/A:s as well?

Yup. A62 was an option on T/As, not standard.

Also, not all "N" code Challengers s are R/Ts.

JS23N would be a Challenger R/T with the 383 4-barrel.

JH23N would be a Challenger with the 383 4-barrel.

T/Ake care,
Barry

What confuses the issue more is that the same does not apply to Barracudas and 'Cudas.
Plymouth did not make the rallye dash standard in any of it's models. So you often see 'Cudas without it.

A similar case is the shaker scoop. Standard on the Hemi ´Cuda but an option on the Hemi Challenger.

Yeah but the Chally R/T had a better hood to start with.
