Aforementioned car. I have gotten one of the seats apart, have new foam and covers on the way from Legendary.

After the foam on the seat bottom is removed, there are various small wires that run across the seat that appear like they were attached to a cardboard like wire at one time. There are a few remnants of that cardboard wire on a few of the metal wires, but that along with a burlap covering is mostly deteriorated.

Does anyone have a recommendation on what can or should be used to replace that cardboard like wire? What about the burlap, does any old piece work? Any installation tips for either of the above, are those pieces secured with hog rings to the seat springs?
