i have dark green door skins and kick pannels. My interior's original color was dark green but I am trying to change to black. Would the vinyl dye that Just Dashes sells work alright to dye my door skins black. I sent my dash which was dark green and cracked to them and they redid it in black. what do you think about the dye? --von

On my 72 which had an original colour of blue, the restorer used "plasti-kote" "Vinal Spray" to change the colour to black. I bought another can of the stuff to touch up where the vinal spray is wearing off. It sells in Canada for $10 a 340 gram can which would be roughly $7 US and I haven't a clue about pounds or Euro Dollars. I'm not sure yet if I would recommend the stuff but it might give you another option.
