What's behind the rear Seat?

I just was searching through my Car. I got it two weeks ago. I noticed behind the rear seats, was Plastic Wrap Material with electrical tape supporting it, I can see through to my trunk. I have a feeling this is not Factory. My first question is what is suppose to be behind the Rear seats on a 70 RT SE? Thanks :cry:

Rear seat divider panel. Usually missing. Made from hardboard I think? Sometimes had jute padding on the back of it for sound insulation.

Places like Year One sell them.

There should be a black piece of cardboard type material called a trunk devider. It hangs on the two hooks that the seat back hangs on.
