The Dodge Challenger Message Board

I have a 1970 challenger that has only part of the front seatbelts installed...the retractable parts. I have the clip/clasp portion of the belt too but they are not installed. Can anyone tell me where they mount to? I have felt for holes through the carpet but have not found any. I assume they are very close to the center console.
