All,

I will be welding subframe connectors next week ion my 73, anyone that has installed the welded kind, did you stitch or solid weld them?

If they are the kind that are shaped to the floor along the full length I would weld an inch then miss an inch. But fully weld the ends in all cases.

You don't need to do that though.

A bit of sealant/body putty between welds will keep any moisture out.
