Hello,

Trying to replace my ignition switch. Looking for the above tool, can't find anywhere on line. working to separate the bearing housing from the steering shaft to get at the ignition switch. Any other ideas on a makeshift tool to accomplish this task? Looking for tool C-4113 to remove the shaft as well. Any thoughts on this one? Thanks,

Rich I think those tools were made by Miller. The dealer techs were I live still have some of those old tools it's just they dont have a need for them anymore, but some of the old timers just wont let their tools go by the wayside or place them in their homeshops. Have you tried your local friendly Dodge Dealer and ask any of those dudes if they still have any old steering wheel tools ect??

Thanks for the heads up Eddie. I did try that, with no luck. Made a tool our of some threaded rod, and worked just fine. Are you good with electric? I replaced the ignition switch, still having the same problem. I am going to post my "new" problem in the electrical section.

Thanks again.
