Hey guys any suggestions for methods to get the rust off the wheels?

I got a lot of my rust out by polishing the crap out of it with Mothers for about an hour a wheel. As long as its not all the way through you can pretty much get it back.

I think he should try with metal polishing compound like moparman say. It could work out well and it could be much easier with a machine.. You can use a pulley/caster with cotton or similuar soft material... on a drill machine... don't know the words here, but something like this

I felt i could show what i did to some wheels that my girl is going to use on her dailydriver... This is aluma, not chrome as your cragars Raven, but i felt it could be fun to show anyway... Maybe it could work as inspiration in some way? :)

I see there are'nt space enough to my pic's comment's.. If you got "Autosol" In Ireland Raven? Try that with a cotton caster (or other soft material that don't grind the rims) on a machine, it could be worth a shot.

Like glass! I think I've mistakenly gotten rid of some decent rim's, that Autosol could have brought back. :wink2:
