Didnt they just use 14" 'spinner' hubcaps on all 14" wheel covers? I dont think they used 14" Rallyes on Challengers? Werent the 14" Rallye wheels used exclusively on A-Bodies?

The code w11 is for the deluxe wheel cover. The w13 is for the deep dish cover. You could get both 14" and 15" rallyes.

My answer was just a guess. You bring in the facts. That is a large difference. Thanks! :D

14" Rallye rims were pretty standard on R/T Challengers. Yes, they did come on A bodies in 1970, but with a 4" pattern, not the 4 1/2" found on B and E bodies.
