I keep finding Rallye wheels for sale that are 6.5"x15". Were these made for B body cars or were they sold on E bodies?

I don't know of a 6.5x15 size. It's a new one to me.

One more thing: I do not know if they are Ralley Wheels or not, but these are the only wheels available in that size, between 1968-1974.

I have 6.5"x15" Rallye Wheels on my ´73 Challenger, too. But it´s hard to find original trim rings that would fit! Someone in the US told me that they are much more expensive than rings for 7"x15" wheels...

Stefan, according to "Parts interchange manual" you could order your 72-74 Challenger with 14x5, 14x5.5, 14x5.5 slotted rallye wheels, 14x5.5 crome road wheels or 15x7 slotted rallye wheels. That is why I am doubtful that your car came from the factory with those wheels.

15x7 Rallyes were 1970-71 only. You could still get them in '72 (without a trim ring) via the dealer but not from the factory.

Hi Christer, I didn´t say that these wheels are factory orginal on my car. I just said they are installed now...
Well, I wanted to proof that this size really exists because I was a bit surprised that Dave didn´t know that size... :-)

BTW: my Challenger´s buildsheet says the following concerning wheels: 58 TX8 55 24. Can anyone help me with that, please?

Part nr. 3580363 is also of that size. They are "Styled" according to a article of mine.
(Part nr.3621956 is painted according to the same article).
Both part numbers are made for B-bodies.

By the way, Stefan, is there any part number on your wheels? Is the part number stamped on Chrysler steel wheels and where is it placed?

The part number is stamped on the edge of the rim.
